BelowTheWind Dot Com is a collection of writings, thoughts, ramblings, musings or whatever-they-call-it-these-days of the author. It covers stuffs like blogging, technology news, social media, web developments, internet marketing, web entertainment, and a whole lot of other interesting stuffs along the same line. Oh, and he also writes on subjects like personal interests and practical nonsense that he sees fit for writing.

This site is created and authored by Nai Alastair. He is a 23 year old tech enthusiast from the city of Kota Kinabalu in Sabah, Malaysian Borneo. He was born there, and practically lived there all his life. On a personal level, he is probably one of those rare pessimists, who tries desperately to sound positive and funny at the same time. He writes from a personal point of view, and readers must keep in mind that they are not in any way obliged to agree with his opinions. Currently, he plies his trades on and off the web, hoping to make a difference in his own ways (don’t we all?).

The authors’ homestate, Sabah is also refered to as “The Land Below The Wind”, (geographically, it is supposedly located below the typhoon belt) hence the name of this site. Sabah is an excellent place to visit if you are into eco-tourism. It’s especially famous with tourists for its beaches, rainforests and mountains.

The author is not really a big fan of writing ‘About Pages’, so he suggests readers find out for themselves what BelowTheWind Dot Com is all about. He is also humbled that there are people out there who are actually reading this, and he gives his sincere thanks for dropping by.
