How many times have we heard of link exchange services claiming to be the most innovative, different and effective one out there? Probably too many times. Well, there are literally tons of them out there, and many more emerging in this “there’s just too many of them, I just don’t care anymore” world of link exchange provider & services.

That said, I’m certainly not implying that they don’t work. Most of them do, and that’s probably reason enough (and a good excuse) to have another one of these things coming out around all the time. So, I decided to take BlogUpp for their word, them claming to have the best of the industry exchange ratio of 10:9 with a tacky tagline - Connect Smart.

It probably should make a winner, if judged by the signing up process. It was close to having no signing up process at all. All you need to give is your blog URL, and they immediately spit out a code to paste on your blog. I did exactly that, and now have a banner on my blog’s bottom right siderbar. Well, I’ll just have to wait to see how effective it is in these coming days. Any result would be phenomenal for this blog, especially because it’s still new and obscure. Wish me luck.

Post Updated: I’ve recently removed the BlogUpp Widget from my site, particularly because I have run out of ideas on how to make it blend seamlessly with my theme without looking too damn ugly. Not that I think this site looks any better without it.
